Here this study has been performed by the authors Al-Zahrani and Almazari (2015), and
current study is aiming to discover overall influence of e-banking in the aspect of job security.
For performing this study, the authors have considered Saudi national banks. To assess how e-
banking is able to impact job security of employees, internet banking service, money electronic
transfer, telephone banking and automated teller machines has been considered. To execute this
study, data has been collected from both primary and secondary sources. To, perform this survey
total of 250 feedback form were developed, and it was spread among specific bank employees
who are operational at Saudi national banks. Among them, 223 employees responded. The
research generated some specific hypothesis, and from there three hypotheses were
acknowledged as there was a adverse association among the employees job security and internet
banking services, money electronic transfer and automated teller machines of the Saudi national
banks. One of these hypotheses rejected the impact of telephone banking as there was no
evidence regarding it. In this way, this study contributed new value to the academics and
practitioners as there is a quite limited amount of research in this area. In this way, the current
study is referring back to the research performed by the author Dangolani (2011), where the
author founded some similar kind of results.

Here, the authors Mutuku and Nyaribo (2015), has performed the study to offer clear and
better perspective regarding the information technology influence on the employees productivity.
The study has been performed by the authors in some specific banks situated in Nairobi region of
Kenya. The design of the research was descriptive in nature, and data for the research has been
collected from respondents within a natural setting. The authors have targeted a total of 540
employees to collect the data for performing the research, and these data have been collected
from mostly three banks of Nairobi. Authors have used probability sampling technique by
utilizing the stratified random sampling for sampling total 150 sample data for the study. In this
research, the data first gathered for determining the robustness and quality in the investigation
and thereafter, it was analysed through SPSS. Actually, the regression analysis has been
employed in this research. From the study, it has been assessed that information technology is
consisting of a significant and positive influence on the efficiency of the bank employees. Thus,
the findings of the research are concluding that an increased amount of information technology
can result in increased productivity of the employees. Thus, from the analysis of this study, it is
recommended to the commercials banks of Kenya that they should improve their capability of
innovagtion due to the business dynamics. Thus, for supporting enhanced capability of the banks,
innovation is the main priority so that productivity of the employees can be enhanced among the
banks. In this way, this research has contributed to finding how information technology enhances
employee productivity and it is also related with the previous research as founded the
relationship among the bank employees and use of information technology in the banks.

The authors Yuvaraj and Nadheya (2018), has elaborated the role of technology in the
present life of humans. As per the authors, technology has been included in almost every field of
businesses. The inclusion of the technologies in business is both destructive and constructive
within the current changing business environment. In the current perspective survival of the
businesses without consuming any type of these modern technologies is quite an impossible task.
The positive side of utilizing this technology is that it will make the organisational employees
more effective in their job position, which will be ultimately contributing to enhancing the
performance of the organization. These are the main positive side of technology in the business
sector. Some negative aspects are also associated with these business technologies. While some
new technologies are implemented, it can impose an extra level of stress over the employees.
Considering all of these aspects, the authors have presented an empirical study that is focusing
on the technological role on the behaviour of the employees and the efficiency of them and the
influence of the technology on the inter-personal relationships among the employees. From the
findings of the study, it has been assessed that while new technologies are introduced to the
organizations, it is helping the organization to enhance the performance of the employees.

contributed to finding out in which degree technology should be implemented among the
organization so that a healthy workplace can be maintained while the productivity of the
organization is enhanced. In this research, both of the negative and positive aspects of using the
IT in the banking segment has been assessed which is directly referring to the previous
researches that have been discussed in this paper.
