INTRODUCTION
Technology is sum of the method, skills and techniques used in production of products
and services in attaining objectives like scientific research. In context to business, technologies

This helps in speed up process of workflows, save time and also printing costs. Generation gap is
age gap among the each generation. Generation gap over all time periods has been prevalent, but
in recent years this has been more prevalent. The variations in demographics with respect to
beliefs, attitudes and beliefs among two generations are used as a preferences and expectations to
build the new generation of young adults. They are not exactly the same as in the old age for old
age. The correlation among age and the readiness to take on new technologies is more easily
embraced by younger generations. It is evident that the loss in generational skills is large as ever
