memorial therefore, depending upon this growth the human kind can expect exposure and
increment of their potential that can contribute in the business and economy and thus in the
development of their standard of life (Chomanski). By proper utilisation of the resources
along with technology human workforce have evidently grown business in the countries like
China, Japan, US, UK and other developed nations where human workforce has the skill to
embrace the technological development an bring changes in the manufacturing products and
offer services in different industries.
Digitalisation and technological advancement may lead to unemployment but in most
cases increase human potential.
The last decade was the most defining period for the human development where the
technological aids helped people to connect more than the previous generations around the
world. In order to unlock the human potential in the unpredictable environment, the help from
technology is evitable (Falk). This is due to the fact the boons of technology has helped the
human being in many ways by speeding up, slowing down and complementing one another in
terms of contribution to the all over growth of the human societies. To Chomanski, the usage
of technologies continue to contribute in different sectors that not only include the
automation of the production system or marketing in the internet but also understanding the
expectations of the human survival by providing full support to the care system, improving
operational performances of the companies through incorporation of the artificial

process. This the business organostions are saving time as well as the cost of production
which have been advantage to all the business. These advancements are managed properly
inly to attain more competitive advantage (Atanasoski and Vora). For example the usage of
internet is one of the most important factors of the technological advancement that has helped
the companies in all over the world to get connected with the global customers in one hand
and collect the skills of the global labours virtually. The technological advancement has
helped the larger MNCs but the small business has gained more opportunity comparatively.
This is due to the fact, that th4ese businesses typically do not have huge budgets hence they
find it hard to compete in any profitable market (Smith). Internet in such cases gives an
inexpensive platform to showcase their products through the most advanced internet
marketing tools within small budget to reach the target customers. The tasks which internet
does today is never possible for human beings hence technology is a necessity (Last).
Human potential has been increased due to technology in the case of healthcare
systems. Previously, the physicians mainly depend upon the slow progress of medical
research and success to treat their patients. With the advancement of technology, the medical
science has been rewarded with various instruments which are used by the doctors around the
world and making the most impossible operations successful (Noe). The technological
advancement has also supported to production of medicines that has increased the life
expectancy of the patients making them continue with their work and contribution to
economy. Most importantly, the medical science has increased the potential of the human

beings through the innovation of the tools like smart phone ultrasound, artificial wombs,
Neuroprosthetic Chips, robotic surgeons, contact lenses to cure diabetes, detect cancer and
control the artificial limbs through mind. Therefore it is incorrect to say that technology has
not supported the growth of the human beings but reduced the human potential. According to
the research done by Atanasoski and Vora, along with the production of the products and
services, in the agricultural industry also human potential has been recorded where the
farming has gone all high-tech through GM food and agricultural biotechnology.
However, according to some critics, the technology has increased the unemployment
rate in all over the world. As the robots and other automation technologies are being gaining
more exposure in the companies, they are being utilised in the place of the human workers
(Noe). For example in the manufacturing industries like the manufacturing of cars or
garments, the technologies are constantly replacing the human workforce has the companies
are given with scopes of little cost for production as well as time (Atanasoski and Vora). This
is for gaining effective competitive advantage, the companies are replacing human workers
with machines. In addition to this, the machines are more efficient than the humans which is
attracting the business organizations towards the automation process. Similarly, the robots are
being used in the data processing and cleansing units that has make the companies to be more
errorless and effective in meeting the demands of the customers (Uhrin, Bruque-Cámara and
Moyano-Fuentes). The employment process that used to balance the pool of workers in the
markets has been negatively affected.
Despite the fact that the overuse of technology is leading towards increasing problems
of employment in different countries, it is often seen that without technology the companies
cannot survive properly (Noe). Technology has been the backbone of the innovation process
that is definitely resembled with a future orientation of the business and make it effective to

through chat and mails, the companies are gaining initial knowledge about the problems
through robotic assistants so that time and effects of the human assistants do not get wasted.
It is more effective to communicate with the employees and customers flawlessly and
enhance the proficiency in business (Ani, He and Tiwari).
Therefore it can be concluded that without technology, no human activities are getting
exposure in the highly competitive world of business. This is evident that machines are more
efficient than the humans which is attracting the business organizations towards the
automation process. It is evident that no technology can be there without human effort as
human beings are the creator of technology and innovation, but technological development is
seen to the a threatening factor to the human employment around the world. Though
technology is leading towards losing of job and human potential, it is highly required for
business and increasing human potential.
