Investigation of the internal and external factors
Internal factors are those which under the control of organization and directly affect the business. Analysis of internal
factors are helpful to determine the strength & weakness of company. In this regard, it is required for Wa-Pila to measure
the internal factors, which can influence the business operations. As there are various management styles, which are used
by the management of hotel, and these are as mention as below:
Autocratic style: Under this management style, the manager has power to take decisions and it does not involve the
workers in decision-making process. As because all power is vested in the hands of management and all employees have to
follow the instructions.
Democratic style: Under this specific management style, employees has been involving in the decision making process.
They suggest useful ideas and suggestions to the manager so that effective decision can be taken by the organization. The
hotel Wa-Pila follow democratic style of management in the corporation and it involves the workers in decision-making
process. As the structure of organization has depended on the size & nature of business. The hotel follows the vertical
structure and chain of command has been followed top to bottom. The internal factors have been describing as below:
Complex business demand & alignment: To fulfil the demand of consumers is important for an organization and
different individuals has distinct demand, which creates a complex situation in front of hotel. The consumers have different
types of desires in context to the food that includes Spanish, Chines, Mexican, etc. As consumer, which involves swimming
pool, has demanded, various types of facilities free Wi-Fi, Gym, bar etc. In this regard, it is essential for organization to
make alignment so that desires of consumers can be fulfilled. Now a day’s technology is increasing & individuals are
emphasis to use innovative technology and for that purpose, Wa-Pila is using computer to make record about the booking,
payment, and order. It is helpful to increase the efficiency and make the work smoothly. Further, the hotel management is
making use of automated check-in and check-outs to ensure the convenience of customers visiting the premises of
corporation
Innovation: To make innovation is important for the business growth and it is useful to emphasis it by Wa-Pila and in this
regard hotel can make online delivery of its products so that desires of individuals can be satisfy. For the growth of
corporation, it makes positive impact. As the organization structure is vertical in this regard, management can give
instructions to the employees to learn about the uses of innovation technology and implement it while doing work. Also,
the firm has provided guests with fingerprint activated room entry system which reduces the inconvenience faced by guests
to open the doors by making use of keys. With the help of incorporation of all these technologies, the management of Wa-
Pila aims at gaining maximum satisfaction from customers and retaining them for a long period of time in future.

directly relate to the business of company. The external factors have been describing as below:
Digital and innovative disruption: The changes that are suddenly occurs in digital technology can be identify as digital
disruption. Through this business of hotel can be influenced and digital disruption has seen in Airbnb, couch surfing,
through it sales of organization can be minimize. As the corporation, Wa-Pila has been affected due to it so it is important
to develop effective policies, which has been followed by management style and with the help of these maximum
consumers can attract towards corporation.
Mobile & intuitive interface development: The trend of mobile & social media is increasing and in this regard it is
important for Wa-Pila to use innovative technology and this regard it upload video of food at social media for the purpose
of promotion. Therefore, it is beneficial for the corporation to attract maximum consumers and it is helpful in context to the
business growth. In this regard, Wa-Pila is making use of mobile communication technologies in order to appeal to a large
number of customers and influence them to have an experience of the services of hotel. In addition to this, the hotel offers
high density WIFI at all times so that conferences and meetings can successfully take place within the confines of entity. It
also provides customers with the access to audio visual as well as digital facilities linked to conduction of conferences.
Characteristic of effective manager: The effective manager controls the organization in better manner and manage the
corporation so that goals can be accomplish as per the requirement.

Negative influence: The up gradation in technology has taken place very frequently and for that purpose, it is not easy to
consider the changes at early stage. If technology has been used in wrong manner than workers can use it for their own
benefit. As organization use computer to record the transactions and consumer details and the information can be use by
employees for their personal use so they use it in wrong way and through it privacy of consumers can be leak which is not a
good move which take place.
