complete the targets and achieve goals of the business
organization. Every business entity adopts different type
of management style that help to work accordingly and
make powerful decision within organization. Such as Wa
Pila is apply management style that help to make
effective business decision in order to accept new
technology. This style also help to look forward by
accepting challen1ges.

Internal factors: It contains many element that

that can be control by mangers and leaders in order to
accept new technology. For instance, the manager of Wa
