Introduction
Innovation is considered the new idea, creative thoughts, and new imaginations in form
of device or method whereas technology considered all the procedure, framework, techniques,
abilities and method which are required in producing the goods and services. It is because this
help in accomplishing the overall objectives of the organization. In this report “Managing
Technology and Innovation in Australia” is selected it is because this research can help the
organization which are in losses to manage the technology as well as innovation in the
corporation so that it can expand in international market.
In the report research problem, literature review by describing all theories and views of
the authors are discussed. This topic is important it is due to the reason that this study provides
the information about the status of the organization in Australia and provides recommendations
so that organization can enhance the activities for achieving the overall goals and objectives of
the organization. Therefore, through this research corporation can make the right and efficient
decision in the complex situation so that organization has the capability to gain competitive
advantage.
Research Question
The objective of the study is to investigate the technology and innovation management done
in the organization. The research will also provide information regarding the outcomes give by
the technologies in Australia as well as suggestion which help the organization to accomplish the
goal and objective of the organization. The research questions are:-

and innovative decision on particular area and subject matter?
 How one can evaluate that organization is accomplishing the overall objectives?
 What are the steps and strategies one can be focus on when gap arises in actual and
standard results?
This research is based on real world incident because innovation and technology help the
management to sustain in long run. However, corporation finds difficulty in managing the

uncertainties and dynamic environment. This study also provides suggestion for improving so
that cost will be reduced and it also decreases the wastage in the organization. The estimation
describes that management of technology leads in increasing the communication in the
organization and motivates employees to perform efficiently in the organization. Through
technology and technology management organization can keep important data in confidential
manner.
Literature Review
Researchers conducted the study to understand the innovation and technology
management in Australia (Wang, Sadler, & Shee, 2017). Through the analysis, it describes that
in Australia organization revealed that managing innovation is the association of the procedure
of innovation and change management does in the organization. The study finds that innovation

other, so business adopts efficient strategies and policies to maintain the creativity and
innovation in efficient manner. The study revealed that in Australia 70% of the organization

technologies, this can sometimes also become complex for the business to achieve the outcomes
of the organization.

2017). The purpose of the study is to investigate the improvement which organization can do to
enhance the technology management in the corporation. The findings demonstrate that business
can develop the creative team for each task so that technology will be used in effective manner.

Findings and Discussion
The above article reviewed describes that organization use various strategies and
facilities to effective does technology management so that innovation will be maintained in the

technology in Australian business enhance communication and helps in maintaining Expectancy
theory and other motivation theories so that employees feel motivated in the organization
(Hendrickson, Bucifal, Balaguer, & Hansell, 2016). The studies describe that business in
Australia use PESTEL model to manage technology and maintain innovation and creativity in
the organization. Therefore, the researchers also have similar perception regarding this can also
revealed that through this business in Australia about contingency theory.
