Introduction
In the modern world of business, the value of time and technology has increased
tremendously. Almost every sector and domain of business requires quick decision making and
execution of actions in order to succeed in their respective areas and regions of operations. This
has made the managers and authorities of business and trades to use high end and technologically
advanced devices to carry out their activities and operations of management related to their
respective businesses. The purpose of the following report is to evaluate the different ways that
are used by managers of businesses from various domains to utilize Tablets for supporting their
decision making processes. The report will cover the entire positive as well as the negative
aspects of using Tablets in order to make the decisions related to business processing, operations,
management and even monitoring. This will also discuss the significance of using mobile
decision support and other use of technology to carry out the important operations. Another
major scope of this report will be the descriptions related to the implementation and usage of
hand held devices like tablets and how these devices can catapult the operations regarding profit,
quality decision making, efficient management and monitoring of systems related to business.
Critical Review

The prime focus of this article has been on the implementation of Mobile Business Intelligence
for taking managerial decision by the management authorities of any organization. The

involves the usage of the same has been highlighted in the Article. The different stages that the
technology has gone through have been mentioned in the article including 3G transmission
through wireless communication technology that helped in revolutionizing the Business
Intelligence technology (Buchana and Naicker, 2014).
2. Influence of Task Individual Technology Fit on the Attitude and Performance of
User
This particular journal has described the different uses of Task Individual Technology fit into
the domain of Business Management and decision making process. In addition, the prime
components of this technology fit have been included in the journal along with the explanation of
its functions with the usage of a flowchart. The Informative Guidance Design has been explicitly
described with the usage of technical specifications. It can be said that the primary research that
has been done in making the journal has provided explicit results regarding Task Individual
Technology Fit (Parkes 2013).

According to Laudon and Laudon (2016), with the usage of technology, the calculations of
numerical and statistical units and quantities can be easily done, and they can also be converted
in to different forms like Graphs and pie charts and other understandable as well as convenient
data formats. In addition to this, the various tasks like communicating with a person over a long
distance can be done in fractions of seconds with the use of technology. This can be done by
more conveniently by using a hand held devices like laptops and tablets and connecting them to
the internet. It can be stated that tablets are the most convenient sources and mediums of online
operations. This is because of the lightweight nature of Tablets and wireless modem devices and
pods. This enables the user to have a conference call with multiple other users simultaneously.
The operations can also be done from any specific place as the user or manager does not need to

themselves, the need of using tablets and other devices increases significantly. Lanza et al.
(2017) have mentioned that managers became very mobile with the increase in the competition
in the market of business as everyone is striving to be the frontrunner in his respective domain.
As a result of this, the management authorities, strategists and other decision making staff
needed to be on their toes for taking quick decisions. Hence, they started using tablets so that

The theory of Task Technology Fit or TTF Theory can be described as the study that

regarding decision making as it is a combination of every different way. This ensures that all the
