In order to remove resource over-allocation, some of the resources were changed in a
number of activities. After removing over-allocated resources, alternative resources were added
in the activities who will be able to do the work as the previous resource. For example, one of the
activities was found that could be done by project analyst and hence, project manager was
replaced by analyst in the activity.
In one task, one new resource was added – risk manager. This is because the allocated
resource could not be replaced by any other resource and hence, a new and necessary resource
was added.
