INTRODUCTION
There are regular changes in the technology and this impacts the unemployment rate. All
the businesses want to use latest technology that enhances the productivity of a company. This
report is on against motion debate “Is technology rising the rate of unemployment?”
MAIN BODY
Artificial intelligence is the simulation of human intelligence by the use of machines and
computer system. It helps the organisation to carry on their work effectively and save the time as
well. But, it is analysed that there is non linear relationship among Artificial intelligence and
unemployment (Mutascu, 2021). This shows when high use of artificial intelligence but it done
not directly impacts the unemployment rate. There are certain changes that takes place in the
labour market due to the use of artificial intelligence. There is need of providing effective
training to the employees so that they are able to use the latest technology in effective manner.
There is no direct relationship among artificial intelligence and unemployment. It is a quality
source as it is published in 2021 so the data is recent. The author of research is Mihai Mutascu
who is Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timisoara. This
shows the quality of the reproach is justified. It is shown that there is particular bias of using
artificial intelligence and this does not impact the unemployment rate.
New technologies simplify the work of companies and enhance their operations as well.
There is technology that replace and can carry on the work of labours. There is need of

the requirement of skilled employed that shows the quality of content.
The use of robots and artificial intelligence in enhancing and rising the concern for
employed people. It is necessary to manage the working of business in today’s time. The future
is digital technology and it helps society to attain effective position in the market. There is no
direct relation among unemployment and the use of digital technology. It is time when the

employees must work on skills development in order to sustain in the market. The lack of skills
in the employees causes problem for the employees and they are able to manage the work
effectively (McClure, 2018). The reason of unemployment is related to the lack of skills among
the labours. It is also published by a famous author Paul K. McClure who has good research
record. There is ned of enhancing the skills so that no one stays unemployed.
Nowadays, computers carry on most of the work that was done by humans. There is a lot
of threat in job market and people are worried about their jobs. It is not the whole trust, some of
the work that was done by the humans can be easily managed by the use of technology. The use
of technology such as artificial intelligence helps to excel in a particular job not to carry on the
same (Will robots and AI cause mass unemployment? Not necessarily, but they do bring other
threats, 2022). Along with that, it is not possible for all the business organisations to use the
latest technology. They have to check various other constraints like economic, political and
regulatory structure before implementing the change. It is seen that, there is need of
technological innovations that will help to bring new jobs in the market. It was published in
Department of Economic and Social Affairs and it is a trustable study that took place. It is clear
that the adopting the trend on working on technological skills will help.

CONCLUSION
It is concluded that there is no direct relationship among technological advancement and
unemployment. To work in labour market there is need of enhancing the skills and knowledge so
that technological advancement helps to enhance the job opportunities.
