 Our team wants to start a Rooftop restaurant in Canada so that people can have more
enjoyment and fun or effective spend their leisure time.
 Out of Rooftop restaurant to provide seamless experienced to people or tourist that
are coming from different parts of country to have fun and enjoyments.
 Innovative in technology or digital media have contribute in effective growth and
development of hotel as it is easily able to market its products and services to
customers.
 Innovative technology of 21 centuries have lead in generation of maximum revenue,
enhance customer’s satisfaction level and reduce overall cost of organisation.

FRONT DESK TECHNOLOGY
 Rooftop hotel in order to enhance customer’s satisfaction have planned to use check- in
and check out technology so that records can be maintained regarding number of guest
that have arrive and gone.
 Online booking facilities is also provided to customers so that they can easily book
room as per their conveniences and requirements.
 Thus, use of innovative technology at front desk have save lot of time of guest and they
need not have to stand in long queue or wait in waiting room for booking.
 Customers can also make online payment thus use of such innovative technology will
contribute in building of strong brand image of enterprise in minds and hearts of
customers.
