Introduction
Technology these days have taken the rise and advancements have provided the
platform to every single individual who is pursuing the services. The up-gradation of
technology has made things simpler in life and at the same time, it consumes less
amount of time which is beneficial on the part of other individuals. The technology has
created a positive and negative impact in life as it is said everything has their pros and
cons which simplifies their services and helps in attainment of goals and objectives.
Nowadays, every person is more drawn towards the use of technology effectively even
when they are driving which gives rise to the millions of consequences to their life. At
the time of driving people we have observes that people are attending the calls at the
time of driving, clicking pictures and making videos which give rise to the situation of
accidents.
It has some positive outcomes too the use of maps to find out the ways and roads
rather than wasting time by asking people about the ways and it also helps in tracking
the location of an individual which is considered as one of the safety measures. There
are numerous services which help in tracking the location of an individual such as
Google Maps which provide accurate location and details. The inclusion of research
question will provide the proper understanding in terms of the impact of technology on
safe driving. The technologies also contributed the safe and the positive impact which
technology has created in the vehicles but at the same time, it has provided various
difficulties and has given rise to issues which are being faced by the individuals in their
vehicles.

Research Methodology
A research methodology is a specific process and method which can be used for
recognizing, identifying, processing, selecting and examining the required data or
information regarding the topic. In this part, the methodology allows the reader to
evaluate and measure study reliability and validity. The research has been done
regarding the impact which it creates on technology in safe driving and determining the
positive outcomes to generate positive results (Stavrinos and Fine, 2013). It includes
the data which is determined by using primary and secondary data, the data which is
presented is determined by sampling and using the approaches towards the same. We
have made the research question which will help in understanding the impact which
technology has created in the lives of other individuals.

Qualitative and Quantitative method
Qualitative method
The Qualitative data includes the data which has involvement of words and how they
have created the impact on other people’s lives. It helps in researches provide the data
in a more accurate format than the other which is way beneficial for us to determine the
data by performing the research (Savin and Major, 2013). It is the primary exploratory
research method which can be used to gain understanding about reasons, views,
opinions, and thoughts in a better manner. This will provides insight into the major
issues and assist in formulating the ideas for potential quantitative research. Qualitative
method is the procedure which seeks an in-depth understanding of social phenomena in
their natural settings.
They are mainly focused on the direct experience of the human being as making agents
in their regular life. This method of data collection is mainly concentrated on obtaining
and acquiring important data through open-ended and conversational communication
(O'Brien and Saldanha, 2014). The qualitative method is developed and designed in
such a way that can help in revealing the attitude and behavior of the target audience
on a specific topic. There are various types of sources which help in collecting and
gathering data such as in-depth interview, ethnographic research, focus groups, case
study, a content analysis which are usually used for this method.

Quantitative method
The Quantitative data has an inclusion of numbers to determine how much people are
under the impact of technology and are becoming technology advanced which is shown
by research and are deductive. The question has helped us gaining the data which are
concerning the technological impact and the targeted audience has provided the
answers which play major importance in the research. Along with this, it is mainly used
for identifying the issues and problems by way of generating numerical data and such
data which can be converted into a usable statistic (Mihas, 2019). This can be used for
quantifying behavior, attitude, opinion, idea, and various other advantages and it will
assist in generalizing the results from a large sample of populations. It is defined as
systematic research of pheromone by collecting and assembling quantifiable data and
also performing statistical, computational and mathematical methods accurately. This
can be used for collecting data and information from current and potential customers by
using sampling tools and different sources which can be used for gather data such as
surveys, questionnaire, interviews, observations and many more. In addition to this,
quantitative research mainly relies on measuring and evaluating variables to use a
numerical system and also analyze such measurements by using a variety of statistical
models.
In this project, we are selecting qualitative method which can be used for providing
descriptive data that are required for developing specific report.

Primary and secondary data
Primary data
It is that method which helps in collecting and gathering data by researcher specifically
for the investigation report. Primary data is that information and detail which must be
collected by an organization because no one published this data. It is considered as the
original type of information and it is directly associated with the issues or problems and
also current information (Connelly, 2016). Along with this, it is that method which can be
collected with the help of using various sources such as surveys, interviews,
questionnaires, and so more. The primary data are original and accurate to the topic of
the investigation study so that they can analyze the degree of accuracy. Moreover, the
primary data is existing information and it can be better and appropriate to provide a
realistic view to an investigator regarding the topic of research. In this, it can be
considered that the reliability of primary data is very high because such are help in
collecting and gathering by the concerned and reliable party.

Secondary data
It is that method which can be used for collecting information by an individual which is
not associated with an investigation study but such collected data is found in past
yearbooks and journal magazines which are written by different authors. If an
investigator is adopting such data and information so this becomes secondary data or
the existing users (Johnston, 2017). This type of data is available in written, electronic
and typed forms. The secondary data is used to gain initial insight into research issues.
There are different sources which help gather and collect data such as books,
magazines, case study, journals, newspapers and many more. It is easy to use by the
researcher because it is cheaper and quicker to access. It will help in providing a way to
access the work of the best scholar in all over the world. Along with this, secondary data
provides a framework that is lead in the right direction to complete the project
accurately.
In this research report, both secondary and primary data collection method is used
because this will help in collecting and gathering accurate information in order to
develop appropriate report.

Sample size
The sample size is that term which can be used in conducting market research in order
to define the number of subjects and includes in a sample properly. With the help of the
sample, the researcher can easily understand the group of subjects which has been
selected from the general people and this is mainly considered as a representative of
the true population for a particular study.
The sample size which has been selected for this research is 30 respondents who are
interested and willing to participate in this survey. The selected sample is mainly based
on different methodologies which can be adopted to see the sampling and categorize
the data which has been completed in an effective manner (Dumay and Cai, 2015). It
determines the internal procedure of research and outcomes that are based on
gathering and collecting different procedures which included in the current process.
Along with this, it will make proper alterations in a current manner in order to determine
the appropriate results and outcomes in a better manner. The sample has been
collected among 100 populations who are somewhere related to the topic of research.
By this, they can easily answer the questions as per their experience and knowledge
effectively.

Sampling approach
It is that approach which allows an investigator in order concludes the whole data and
information about a population and it is based on getting accurate results or outcomes
from analyzing a large number of populations. The sampling approach is the processes
which assist in identifying the need and requirement of an accurate sample and it can
be used for delivering appropriate outcomes from designed survey. Along with this, it is
necessary for delivering the best results and outcomes in a better manner. It can be
included in effective possible ways which are required to observe several people who
are mainly based on agree and against the expressive requests (McCusker and
Gunaydin, 2015). Along with this, the use of different sample theories can be seen by
developing and designing the whole process which is related to the different steps that
are involved in such procedures. It includes testing of hypotheses, statistical
interference, and statistical estimation. In addition to this, the research is based on the
use of pilot survey and related values are used for delivering and acquiring appropriate
results or outcomes.

Data collection method
The data collection procedure is the main stage which has been developed and
formulated according to the data and research requirements in a better manner. It is
that process which helps in delivering the way to examine and analyze the information
which is based on research. Along with this, there are mainly two types of data
collection tool such as primary and secondary method. There are various sources which
can be used for collecting all data in a better manner such as interview, case study,
focus group and so more.
It is referred to as the process which can assist in processing, collecting, gathering,
measuring and analyzing the accurate insights of research in order to use standard
validated tools and techniques effectively (Fletcher, 2017). In this, a researcher can
easily evaluate and measure their hypothesis based on collecting data and information.
Data collection is that procedure which helps in collecting and gathering information on
variables of interest and it is established a systematic fashion which enables the answer
stated in the research questions, evaluate accurate results and test hypotheses.

Questionnaire design factors
A questionnaire is that research method which is consistent with several series of
different questions. Its main purpose is to collect and gather data from respondents and
questionnaire is designed for statistical analysis of the feedback and response which is
not always related to the case (Bresler and Stake, 2017). There are various factors
which are considered while designing a questionnaire such as correct mode of data
collection, order the questions, selecting a target audience, short and simple questions,
questions should have a direct relation with the topic, multiple choice answers, clear
objective and so more. Such factors need to be considered by the researcher while
designing and preparing the questionnaire to collect and gather some data which are
relevant to the subject of research.
