Introduction
This research will be based on technology and its concept. The chosen topic for this
research is to the effect of technology on safe driving. This research will tell how
technology provides advancement in the modern world and reduce the accident rate on
the road. It will also be discussed what kind of technologies are used by the driver to
make itself and other’s life safe. For developing this research, it needs to require
different objectives. Research Scope will tell about what are the capabilities and
competency of this research. For this research, the researcher will apply secondary
research methodology to analyse the opinion and experience of well-known authors.

Research Objective
Aim: The main aim of this particular research is to study the impact of technology on
safe driving. This will help to gain an insight on how in this era of advanced technologies
driving can be made safer, for both the driver as well as the pedestrians. It also
determines to what extent the technology will impact the driver’s day to day driving
experience. This is important to determine since it will be helpful in developing further
technologies that will help in making driving safer.
Objectives:
 To find out the impact of technology on safe driving.
 To distinguish between the positive and negative impact of the discussed
technologies.
 To determine the useful technologies that can actually help with safe driving.
 To determine how to implement these technologies on a large scale to make it
accessible to everyone.


Research Scope
The scope of this research includes the latest advancements in technology that will
make driving safer than before. This will also include the impact the current technology
is having on the driving experience. This will be helpful in creating awareness about the
positive impact of technology on safer driving since the use of current technology like
mobile phones have only created a negative image of technology on people
(Barnard,et.al., 2016). Sensors, GPS are the most innovative technology which is inbuilt
in modern vehicles. It is to provide a secure life to all the drivers. Government analysed
that these services are secure to many life and drivers are more aware of their road
duties (Winkle,et.al., 2019).
Research Questions
 What are the technologies which are contributed to make safe driving?
 What are the positive impacts identified by the government after implementing
technologies in the vehicles?
 What kind of challenges and issues faced by the government and companies in
implementing technology in the vehicles?
Research Statement(Literature Review)
Research Problem Statement: To identify the major impact of the technology on the
safe driving.
According to Chang, (2015) the technology has created huge impact on driving
patterns of the person as these days people are drawn towards using technology more
instead of focusing on the road. The driving has become more of showing off to the
world instead of focusing on driving in the proper manner. Teenagers are the mostly
people who are becoming victim of these things as they are so much engaged with
technology they does not take other thing seriously. It has been seen more often the
young drivers are indulged with their cell phones, text messaging, uploading videos on

social media platforms which is acting as threat to their life. The use of technology in the
proper manner tends to support the safe driving as there are vehicles which are with
upgraded technology eliminates the usage of phone in frequent manner. It has also
created huge impact in the industry with the emergence of new technology it tends to
have huge impact on the teen drivers.
According to the Simons-Morton, (2017) technology has improved the experience but at
the same time it also involves safety of the people which can be ensured by the various
driving skills. In today’s era companies are more focused on providing vehicles which
has autonomous braking system and also offers the range of technology made vehicles.
The automated vehicles provide the driver’s anticipation to the drivers and ensure their
safety without creating any sort of reaction. The use of technology should be in proper
manner and also drivers should use the technology of automation in the proper manner
and do not have any sort of dependence on them. The automated cars have fantastic
features and at the same time it also includes proper safety features which are stronger
in nature and provide safety at the time of crash. The cars have the option of using
reverse camera’s and parking assistance to avoid any sort of crash or accident. These
options are provided to the drivers so that the individual can drive in better manner and
have proper utilisation of technology.
According to Gish,(2017) The emergence of new and upgraded technology has
changed the various aspects in the terms of technology. People are utilising the
technology in proper manner using it as source of entertainment when they are driving
which tends to divert the mind of drivers which leads to the situation of collision and car
accidents. It has been seen that the transportation enterprises has been adapting the
changes which emerges with the technology but at the same time technology is creating
the disruptions among the drivers and safety is impacted of roadside people and as well
as driver too. To deal with these kinds of issues it requires to develop the understanding
which includes the voice interferences and there should be display of instructions which
reduces the cell phone in hand by the driver and ensures the safety of people.

Conclusion
This report concludes that technology is an essential aspect for every area in the
vehicle as well. As the era of technology is proves that it helps to save a life. This
research verified that there are various sensor which reduces the case of an accident
on roads. In this research, it has been observed that these technologies give only a
positive impact on the driver during their driving. It helps the driver to reach their
destination in a convenient manner. This report describes the scope of the project which
provides how much success this project will help such a driver who is not aware of
these technologies.

Every team must frequently communicate about the changes and modification. If any
team member evaluates the potential risk, discuss and resolves immediately.

contributions in general?
Team member must present their ideas in a meeting and tries that their ideas have
some innovation which reduces existing complexities. For this, each team member must
bring a good attitude and skill in their behaviour.

When the project achieves its all desired milestones which shows that how perfectly
team member are contributed.

manage members whose performance is below expectations?
In terms of rewarding those who efficiently complete their responsibility, they need to be
promoted for the next business project and those are underperformance, provide them
with proper guidance.
