Innovation & technology has immensely change the way society perceiving the business
and educational environment in the contemporary world especially after the emergence of
pandemic. Therefore, innovation & technology are understood as the economic function which
results in the introduction of new technology and accordingly change the process of production
as well as consumption (Asim and Sorooshian, 2019). This report is based on the preparation of
proposal for the visitor’s attraction center having huge venue of fish water based mammals and
other types of sea life. As a result of reduction in the number of visitors with the advent of
pandemic COVID – 19, this business has realized the need for creating an online education
environment through which visitors are able to experience their services remotely along with
providing educational services to other community groups & schools. Therefore, the proposal
will be prepared by conducting necessary research to critically analyze the challenges &
opportunities for visitor attraction centers while providing online educational environments
which would be done through performing PESTLE analysis, supporting real life examples and
reference journal papers. Also, the future technologies that might be relevant for this project
