maintain the transactions of the finance department. This problem is
having a direct impact on the growth of this educational institution in
terms of managing the financial information.
This proposal shall identify how the use of a cloud based accounting
software can help the interns this organization to overcome their prime
problem. This proposal shall be having different subsections and each of
the section will be very much useful to enhance the quality of the
proposal.]

department is delay in checking the receipts of the transactions. The
incorporation of this cloud based accounting software can be very much
useful to solve this problem faced by the intern of the accountants
department.
The drivers of this project are the ongoing finance department of the
institution and the other superior products which are already in use in this
educational institution. The difficulties faced by the interns of the financial
department can be addressed using this accounting software.]

SCOPE - INCLUDED
[The hardware requirement of this software are i5 CPU or greater, 8GB of
RAM or higher, and 20 GB free disk space. This software can work in a
better way if LAN topology is used. Relational database management
system must be used as the database of this software.]

METHODOLOGY
[This research proposal shall be considering secondary data collection
method and qualitative data analysis method. The sampling of the data
will be done with the help of the non-probabilistic sampling method.
The lack of huge amount of financial resource is the main reason behind
the selection of this data collection method. The data collected do not
have any mathematical calculations hence qualitative data analysis
method was chosen. The time required in non-probabilistic sampling
method is very less as compared with the other sampling techniques
which is the main reason behind the selection of this sampling method.]

engineering knowledge of the IT department, cost management and risk
assessment skills of the project manager of this university. The total
budget of this project is $50000. This budget has to be equally distributed
for each resource who will be playing a key role in this project.]

PROJECT BUDGET AND CBA
[The total budget of this project is $50000. This budget shall be required in
each phase of this project. The entire money shall be spend in the
documentation, designing, enactment and maintenance of the software.
The total cost of the software is $35000. The IT experts working in this
project shall require $10000 and $5000 is for maintenance purposes. The
time required to get back the initial outlay in terms of the profits can be
defined as the payback period of a project. The payback period of this
project is 2.4 years]
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STATEMENT
[The entire documentation of the project will be assessed for academic
purposes. The deliverables of this project shall be owned by the head of
the department of the finance department of this educational institution,
business head of the institution and the manager of the IT team in this
business.]
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

business software, HR department of this institution and the leader of the

The users of this software cannot use this software outside the business

This software must not be modified under ant given circumstances.
None of the hired external stakeholders must be under paid in this project.
There should not be any third party IP infringement.
License of this software must be renewed every year.
