INTRODUCTION
It is essential for every organisation to maintain their staff members so that they can work
effectively. By giving motivation and effective guidance workers can be managed easily. As per
the given scenario of Ted Richardson, it provide the complete list of knowledge that he should

c) As per the meeting with Lombaard, it make the discussion that bickering and back biting are
occurred during the security staff workplace.
d) After analysing the conflict, Ted the Senior Security Officer motivate and control the staff
member's performance.

There are various way which are adopted by the Ted to oversee and monitor the activity
of security staff members, which are as follows:
