INTRODUCTION
Telegram is a freeware software, cloud based instant messaging app with cross
platforms software and application service. Telegram is providing end to end encrypted
messaging and video call. They are also providing file sharing, like PDF and images and
some other features are also offered by them. Telegram is founded in 2013 having its
headquarters in London, United Kingdoms and own by Nikolai Durov and Pavel Durov.
Firstly they start work with profit motive but further they converted into Non – profit
organization. They have over 35 million monthly active user in 2014 but this number
increased to 400 million monthly active users in 2020 after the hit of pandemic and
change in policies of their competitor. They are working in major of countries like India,
USA, Australia and Russia and UAE having their operation center. Their major feature
are SMS, multiple accounts operate by user which help consumers to find ease in using.
They are also providing with private groups through links provided to numbers of
consumers. Whereas, their main competitor are Whats-app, Snap-chat and Slack which
are also providing almost same line of work to consumers. The increase in number of
user is majorly jump in 2020 when whats-app create their policies regarding data
privacy. Worldwide major of users re shift to Telegram which increase the numbers of
user with high volume.

The main strength of company is that is
non profit organization which shows
privacy of consumers will be their priority.
This help company to gain the trust of
consumers easily.
High security in application which help
consumers to use without any second
thought. Company is using high technical
equipment to protect consumers data.
High reliable all over the world due to Non
profit organization. This increase the user
as they feel protected to use Telegram.
Available in all platforms of Mobile and
Laptop i.e IOS and Android which shows
the consumers can use with any platforms
available to them (Messenger, and
herramienta, 2020).
Multiple accounts can be used by user
which help to manage their thinks and can
use other person accounts by authorizing
person to use.
Support from media and government as
Telegram is Non profit organization, it is
promoted by media and government to use
which is face and secure.
Weakness
No video calls feature is not added by
company which is considered at some
point as a weakness of company as
competitor are giving this facilities quite
effectively.
Still company has less user when it
compare to other social media competitor
like whats-app which are playing as a
monopoly in market. It affect the company
user on daily basis and operation of
company.
Less funds are available when telegram is
compare to Whats-app which have
extensive amount of funds are available
and technology used by them is highly
advance at some point (Chat, 2021).

Development countries like India which is
focus g on its internet facilities having a
great opportunities to develop company
and increase the market share.
Increasing in user from smartphones as
they are majorly using devices in world
which help to use telegram easily and can
develop various themes to users that
enhance the experience of using
application (Al Momani, A.M., 2020).
Developing technology make high
opportunities to attract users in app and
increase the number of daily user which
help to increase goodwill of company and
access to operate in other countries.
Threat
Intense competition with competitor in
market which sometimes affect company
and suffers with loss due to change in
international market (Singh and et.al.,
2020).
As the security of user are high secure,
Terrorist activities are also found by
company which affect the goodwill and
makes high interruptions by governments.
Change in market leads to suffer by
company and addition to this illegal
activities are done by person which affect
the ethical working of company in market.

2. Corporate Social Responsibilities
This are the activities which are followed by company in order to maintain the society balanced
which are affected by company operation and activities done by company. Certain percent of total
turnover is need to be spend in Corporate social responsibility by company. This percent is fixed by
government which help society to maintain balanced and surrounding around company. Th UK
governments is forcing on the development of society, environment which help citizen to get a better
life and healthy life style (Ramadhani, Syarifurrahman and Mahardhika, 2020).
Telegram had following various social responsibilities which to develop society and environment that
leads to development of city and country. Te operation of Telegram in country had certain
responsibilities to give back to society through various activities followed. Telegram had focus on
charity, social development and community which help people to gain a proper lifestyle through
encouraging employees to raise funds for charity and provide food, water and shelter to those are
unable to afford. Environmental friendly polices are created by company in order to make environment
better and healthy living around the company and country. Saving of energy is very important factor
that is focus by telegram to decrease energy from their operation as much as possible. Developing the
technology which consume less energy and minimize the damage cause through operations. Planting of
trees on weekend with employees are also some activities which are followed by company to maintain
the environment balanced (MOUSAVI and HABIBZADEH, 2020).
Environmentally friendly programs are also run by company to prevent the high damage from
companies activities. The exchange programs with Youth promotion and providing opportunities to
youngster are also being done by company. The labor polices which are followed by company is
followed by providing safe and secure environment of working. The company is providing employees
with insurance of medical and other allowances are also providing to employees. The company is also
providing children education of employee that help them to maintain the quality life of each employee
and stay motivated to work with company (Prokopenko and Berezhna, 2020).
3. Innovation and Creativity of Telegram
The innovation and creativity of Telegram are shown through their feature which are created by
them in order to gain unique experience by users. The most innovative idea that telegram invented is
deleted other people chat in private chat. This feature help consumers to delete necessary messages and
leave no trash in chat (Barthelmäs, Killinger and Keller, 2020). This feature satisfied users at certain
point which help them in many ways. The other innovation is invented multiple accounts by single user
through same device. This feature help users to experience more than one account after authorization.
This will feature increase the number of users by company which help them to maintain personal and
professional accounts separately within same device.

The creativity of company is also shows through providing different them base structure to user
according to their mood. This increase this satisfaction level users experience which motivate other
users to use the app (Nobari and et.al., 2021). The construction and interface which give a unique and
easy experience to consumers are the most creative process Telegram had use for their users. The silent
and schedule feature is also shows the creativity of people which help them to set and use those groups
and messages which are relevant at point of time. The company is focusing on better experience fir user
through latest technology and software used by company that help to innovate new feature and
modified them into creativity that enhance user experience.
CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
Telegram is at his success point after the Covid-19 and policies changes by their competitor
help to gain large user base. There are some strategies which is recommend to followed by them in
order to increase the growth of company and gain trust of company.
1. Telegram should develop more in interface experience to users that help to gain more customers
towards their applications.
2. Introducing video can also enhance the customers experiences which are existing user and
increase the satisfaction level.
3. Technology used by company should be latest to protect the data from illegal attacker on
company.
4. Develop technology and innovate that prevent the use of terrorist for there work which affect
the whole world and following the ethical working.
The above report shows that Telegram is one of the growing company in UK which is developing day
by day due to their features available and safety policies which help consumers to bring the towards
company. They are having high opportunities in international market and weakness are only few which
can prevent by them by using technology. The corporate social responsibilities is being maintain by
company to develop society and environment. They are also working on innovation and creativity to
provide best services to customers.
