Idealab is a startup studio which is based in Pasaden and it is also an internal community
of Telstra. Nowadays, customers prefer the advance technology in order to operate the business
for long term. Telstra has high brand image in the market and in order to maintain the high brand
value it has to provide the high tech services. Idealab creates changes the way the people thinks
and wants to live and work such as it announcing the informative and inspiring talk on
innovation in terms of video calls in terms of telecommunication services. Apart from it, it also
design the news, insights, and opinions services around the way the people wants to use the
technology to connects them from far distances (Idealab, 2019).

With the large number of employees across the Telstra Group helps to contribute in the
communities to live and work. Sustainability programs, blood donation seminars, supporting
payroll giving are the key drivers and the actions those are taken by Telstra in order to contribute
in the community as volunteering communities (Telstra, 2019b). Sustainability program is the
main key driver that makes the company as volunteers of the community in terms of
sustainability as it helps to protect the society to or communities from the disasters such as
planting trees and it also provide the returns to stakeholders in the exchange of their support
while operating the business. It also provides environmental solutions as the action that supports
the sustainability of volunteering communities (Telstra, 2019b).
