City of London borough is inviting a tender to providing support services to health care workers.
The overall cost of tender is £500,000 per year. The tender will be of 3 years. In this fund
manager will carry out inspection every year. There are certain terms and conditions of tender
which is as follows:

 Evidence of collaboration with local authority
 Document of service user engagement
 The tender can be submitted online on NHS Website that is www.nhs.com. up to 2. P.m.
on date 28/3/21.
 The bid must include complete documents of tender and address, registration number,
contact no, etc. of bidder.
It is important for business to do effective planning and analysis so that it becomes easy
to attain goals and objectives. Without planning it becomes difficult to attain goals. Also, it
require to develop an effective strategy to achieve goal. In this report an outline is being
presented which will include what is included in report. Thus, outline is as below:
