Terms and conditions
1. General
1.1. The terms and conditions agreed between WeRunIt Company, and Condy
Software Company can only be reviewed once per year unless approved upon by the
two teams.
1.2. All the terms and conditions are valid until agreed otherwise by both parties in a
meeting attended by both companies’ representatives.
2. Cost and Payment Terms
2.1. During the first year, WeRunIt Company should pay $400,000 to allow Condy
Software Company to develop the website, database, host the site and perform the
agreed services such as financial analysis and results in delivery. After that, the
company will be expected to pay $100,000 per annum.
2.2. The company should pay an initial deposit of not less than $200,000 for the
development process to start.
2.3. The company should always pay annually on 14th of January every year. Should
the company want more time, Condy Software Company will decide the new
deadline.
2.4. The payment will be made through the company’s bank account number given at
the time of payment.
3. Contractual Terms
3.1. WeRunIt Company and Condy Software Company are on a three years
renewable contract.
3.2. WeRunIt can only break the contract between the two teams upon three official
warning written down in the company gazette.

3.3. The income from the Ads available on the site shall be shared between WeRunIt
Company and Condy Software Company in a ratio of 5:4 respectively throughout the
contract unless agreed otherwise.
3.4. If we run it, the company does not pay the annual payment on time. Condy
Software Company can decide to stop offering services to WeRunIt Company.
4. User Data
4.1. The personal data shall get encrypted in the database.
4.2. If a user does not remember his/her password, the website shall provide a
recovery method.
4.3. The retrieval of data from the database will be encrypted to avoid the man-in-the-
middle attack.
4.4. The users should be informed through dialog boxes how to protect their data such
as password and credit card numbers.
4.5. The website shall only allow a password consisting of Alphanumeric, Symbols,
upper cases and lower cases alphabets.
4.6. Condy Company shall backup users' data.
5. Operations
5.1. The website should not allow a user to perform any function without login.
5.2. Condy Software Company shall perform analysis of all the finances and provide
results on a daily basis.
5.3. Condy Software Company should send the names of the new members registering
the site daily together with their transactions.

5.4. All daily online payments should get appropriately recorded in 3 copies where
one of the copies will then get sent through the email to the finance department and
the other to the management department. The last copy should remain at Condy
Software Company.
5.5. Condy Software Company should maintain the website and provide support when
needed.
6. Prohibited Acts
6.1. Condy Software Company is prohibited from interfering with the users' records.
The users’ data is private and should not be vulnerable to attack by either hackers or
malicious software.
6.2. The company should not put any phonographic or immoral scenes on the site as a
form of advertisement.
6.3. Any content that jeopardizes the Company's name should not be uploaded to the
company's site.
7. Account Blockage
7.1. A user who violates the platform’s rules shall be blocked from accessing the
website through his/her device’s MAC address. The users can either be barred
permanently or temporarily depending on Condy's Software Company decision.
7.2. The legal benefits shall be evaluated on the account blockage policy. In this case,
if a user tries to compromise Condy Software Company's rules of ethics, the company
can block his/her account and vice versa even if the client has not broken the other
company’s standards.
