agencies. They have accountability for the ranges of maintenance and security, fairness for
young people, businesses of young people, multicultural affairs, senior, and concession to
pensioners, domestic and sensual viciousness, gender equality, justice and multiplicity, and
policies related to children. These forefront and activism ranges were combined in one
organisation to make able the emphasis on the complete-of-life strategy to helping the
families. The development of territory families has made the chance to bring the holistic
service, which result in helpful results through the extent of social challenges, which
influence on territory families (Lloyd & Rapson, 2017).
Vision and mission
When I read territory family annual report, it is discovered that the vision and mission
statement of territory families states that the vision of territory families is empowering the
families and communities for secured and bright future. As per the mission, vision and goals
of the territory families agencies. They provide quick help to youth, child, and communities.
It also encourage the diverse and connected groups. It also make sure that the structures,
systems and legislation supports the vision. These families value and invest in the
individuals. It is also found by me that significant to the operations of territory families are
partnership with the scope of non-government entities, who support the entities in the
provisions of service. The requirement to involve and co-operate with the non-government
entities is expected to improve in the upcoming period in order to fulfil the complexities,
extent and enhancing the requirement for the services (Zahid, et.al, 2017).

Youth, Multicultural Affairs and Seniors, Local Violence Directorate and Office of female’s

staff and enhance the transparency.
It is stated by Ceja-Barba, (2014), the territory families has cultural organisational
structure that outlines the central values of esteem, bravery, faith, and dignity, which support
the conduct at the workstation. The organisational structure is base of an entity. It has 6
divisions in the Northern territory. The Chief Executive Officer and Deputy CEO make the
strategies, approaches and tactic plans to provide assistance to various departments. In this
way, organisational relationship and structure of organisations play great role in the success
of an entity.
After analysing the organisational culture, it is found that there is positive and healthy
organisational culture of territory families. The staff of territory family work together and
corporate each other. For an example, the administrators of territory families call the meeting

organisational practices. It is specified by him that the culture is important when the agency is
experiencing necessary changes or while addressing the main improvements that require
distinct or new cultural behaviours or moral conducts from the exhibited in the previous
period.

The children are primary clients of territory families. The territory families focus on
the aim to give reactions. It make efforts to reduce the issues, problems, or risks. The territory

ESSAY 7
The territory family annual report 2016-2017 highlights the importance of the services
related to the child protection. It states that the accountability and the powers for increasing
the results for the children, family members and the groups in Northern territory would be
identically shared between non-government sectors, government sector, and the communities
sector. The major focus on increasing the results for the families would render the basis for
the systems, which work in the partnerships with the groups or communities to establish the
common evidence foundation, which is notified by, and makes contribution to the
corresponding practices, procedures, systems, methods, strategies, norms, rules, regulations
and approaches.
Services delivery models
It is stated by annual report of territory families, the service delivery models reduce
the general issues facing by the primary clients of the entities. The communities’
development is main and basic strategic model of territory families. It focuses on providing
the proper system to clients. Their consultation collected the voice of primary clients
involving the children and sufferers and taken sectors shareholders jointly. During the year
2017, the agencies involved with various organisations and service providers to looking for
suggestions or advices. Territory Families’ service delivery would support the following
doctrines, with the solid focus on the Indigenous children, family members, and the groups.
These are the features, which agencies would state in the daily activities. These are culturally
considerate, making able and empowering, focus on the results, sharing powers, duties,
liabilities and the governance, focus on security, all-inclusive principle, earlier responses, the
principle of structure based on the requirements, and principle based on evidence (Forde,

ESSAY 8
Further, I found that the organizational structure, culture and service delivery model
are directly connected to the structural presentation. The organisational culture plays
important role in creating the proper structure of organisation. The association and the
workers share the corporate culture the atmosphere creates it simpler to share general aims
and to track suitable procedures in achieving them (Gokhman & Nishkomaeva, 2018). A
collective culture also has positive impact on inspiration in any company. The agencies and
human services entities of present time are very difficult to run than the old-style businesses.
Having the solid social work manager to direct the path of the entity is critical. It means that
the functioning on budget, programs related to design to complete the requirements of the
people, examining the efficiency of present programs, recognising the fields that deficient the
sustenance, handling the main strategies for the communities or divisions, and functioning on
policy (Helmer, Senior & Cunningham, 2015).
Links human services field
The human service field provides the help to personnel and groups. The main
objective of the territory families is to authorize the family members to provide protection to
the children. The territory families give the secure atmosphere or surrounding to the workers
to support the families (Lebow, 2014).
Conclusion
Looking back on the visit, I can concluded that the agencies should establish the
understanding by the actions and specify the sincerity and justice in the work with staff and
service delivery team. The territory family should be open and clear about the steps to be
taken. The agency should take the liabilities for the actions. The territory family agency
should dedicated to the services and work with politeness, impartiality, effectiveness, and
proficiency. It is also required to be honest, fair, and truthful. The territory family should

value the perspectives, understanding, contribution, experience, knowledge, information, and
the assortment of others. It is recommended to value the diverse and talented staff or the
workforce who are employed to do function in the difficult and self-motivated atmosphere. In
return, the agency should offer opportunities related to the career and chances to get the
identified qualification or capacity.
In upcoming period, I will intent to establish my self-assured skills while functioning
with colleagues to make sure that the well-being of customers is maintained. In future, I will
make this the aim for my learning and knowledge, and will discuss this with my mentor and
friends to work the approaches for how I can get this.
