Introduction to Terrorism
It is the act in which violence is used through systematic methods in order to develop or
generate fear amongst people and also to gain political attention. Basically, this act is practiced
by the political organizations, by nationalistic or religious groups. Sometimes these acts are
practiced by the police, intelligence services, armies, etc. In any of the jurisdiction, terrorism is
not any legal practice because in this act the individual raises a voice which creates threat and
fear. The violence created by the terrorism impact society on an international level (Lanouar, &
Goaied, 2019).
Reason for selecting Terrorism for the discussion
Terrorism is the most controversial topic in the present world as there are many
organizations which are founded and are moreover spreading across the world. Their acts not
only impact a country but also affect the other factors like democracy, economy, independence,
etc of common people. The attacks of terrorism are increasing with the time and they are also
getting equipped with advanced weapons. Somehow they are getting support from strong and
powerful people of the country. One of the major reasons behind the selecting terrorism for the
discussion is that in the attacks of terrorists it was found most of the individual who is involved
with terrorism organization their age group is between 12-18 years. These organizations are
targeting the children and youth population of any country by deviating them.
Basically, the act of terrorism is conducted by the organization in order to achieve
political goals. Sometimes these acts are conducted by the political parties as well in the name of
religion and society. Individuals who led such organizations forward having an aim to make their
own political terms in front of the world and society. They want to rule the country according to
their values and thoughts. In some of the countries, many terrorist community leaders came up as
a political leader. This act impacts all the factors which are connected with the political
fundamentals of any country (Miller, 2019).

Awareness in the Society
Terrorism is the most controversial topic for every country that is affected by their
attacks. It is that act which is not only spreading violence but also deviates the youth population
in the name of society and religion. The main target of the terrorist organizations are those
people who are not satisfied with the working structure of government or any individual who had
suffered from the concerns related to the religion or political party. Leaders of these
organizations are using the emotional and ethical values of people and then they use them for
their acts. Their attacks affect directly to common people, to society so awareness is necessary to
be aware of such activities (Sempijja & Nkosi, 2019).
Terrorism and Inequality
Inequality is the factor which is directly connected with terrorism. In many studies, it was
identified that inequalities prevailing in aspect to age, race, religion, color, etc. play the role of
those indicators towards terrorism and other crimes. The inequality is divided into two divisions
one is short term while other is long term inequality. Any individual who faces issues of
inequality in the social, economic and political sector is the reason behind the rise of terrorism
(Young, 2019).
Recommendations
Terrorism is the issue which is getting bigger and strong day by day so every people of a
country must be aware about the few things that if any person is influencing in the name of
religion and society to perform any activity in which there is harm or loss of human being or
property, any work which may create disturbance in the normal life will never care for your
values and importance. The Government should take care of such indicators which are rising and
giving birth to such activities.
