Introduction
 The paper mainly focusses on the “construction of
tertiary hospital” in Saar, which is one of the suburb
of Bahrain located alongside the village.
 It is found that affluent ambassadors, families as
well as expatriates who mainly inhabit the area faces
lot of challenges as well as issues due to absence of
tertiary healthcare facility.
 The people needs to visit tertiary hospital outside the
town in case of emergency after referral from
primary and secondary hospitals

 The project mainly focusses on the construction
of tertiary hospital in the region of Saar in
order to provide proper healthcare facility to
the people of Saar.
 It is identified that with the construction of
tertiary hospital, people does not have to travel
out of the town during healthcare emergency
and can be able to get proper treatment.
 The tertiary hospital that is constructed helps in
providing proper healthcare facility in context
to oncology, perinatology, and neonatology as
well as trauma surgery
