Contemporary management is a procedure which includes designing, directing, organizing
and controlling commercial enterprise operations to achieve set goals and aims. Leaders of an
organization are responsible for managing this resources or elements. The economic effects of
commodity, growth and decline of country economics are some kind of issues present in this
procedure. The contemporary enterprises constitution tries to form companies lighter on their feet
than the old-school power structure. COVID-19 has badly impact all kind of organization in their
growth and profitability. The major loss of employment can be seen in every segment or sector of
the market all around the world(Ahmad, Azhar and Chowdhury, 2019). The following report is
based on tesco which is one of the biggest multinational grocery and general merchandise chain
which is established all around the world. Its headquarter is based in England, UK. Tesco almost
operate their business model in approx 11 countries and has more than 4000 outlets in various
regions all around the world. In starting they only provides grocery product, but after capturing the
huge customer base they also expand their business and start dealing in various products or areas
such as electronics, furniture, toys and stationary. They provide these several services under one
roof which attracts customers towards their organization.

clients because of the coronavirus as this has successful fear the minds of the people in
physical contact with the another person. This can be advantageous for the institution in
order to pull clients after the pandemic and the growth in the condition of the coronavirus.
