and decision making
Macro environment factors are the external factors that are beyond the control of an
organisation. These factors can impact the organisational operations and performance in both
negative and positive manner. These macro environment factors can be identified with the
help of PESTEL analysis. It is the strategic tool which assists in analysing different macro
environment factors which can affect Tesco plc and ASDA’s business operations. In this
regards, Pestle analysis of Tesco and ASDA are as follows:
