of private to make a profit. More strategic or tactical aims are included such as market
leadership, brand building, and expansion. The current goal and aim of an organization are
strategic objectives in which it guides workers’ efforts and also establishes business outcomes.
In this assignment, an organization is taken that is Tesco. Tesco is a supermarket or groceries
store which provides various and different verity of products with good quality and low price.
Tesco also provides more services such as books, toys, furniture, clothing, electronics items,
cosmetics, etc. Tesco provides home delivery service also and it has an application in mobile
phones so that customers can purchase goods online. But some issues are considered in which a
data analyst should to provide many facilities regarding customers' requirements and also
improve the information technology in the organization.
The objective of a business is a completed picture of the steps in which a business analysist plans
to achieve a specified aim. To achieve the objective, there is needed to be SMART (specific,
measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound) for a business purpose. In the specific, there
should be easy and clear to understand the objective of the business. In the measurable, there
should be able to measure and possible to attain the objective. With time-bound, there should be
a specific period of time of objective for a business.

Prioritization of a stakeholder is a crucial and effective task for completing any project
successfully. Without a proper prioritization of a stakeholder, the end project may be failed. In a
project of business, stakeholders have precise knowledge and also a valuable character for
defining the system requirements in which stakeholders can analysis the requirements which are
related to the project. So, prioritization and identification must be accepted before the
requirements. A compulsory activity of any project is Stakeholder analysis in which it is a
process to identify the groups and individuals that are sorted by the effect of the action and
affected by a planned action. A RASCI stakeholder prioritization matrix is used to clarify that
what responsibilities and roles of the stakeholders are stated in the context of a process and
specific task.
There are two types of stakeholder is defined in the Tesco organization that is-
External stakeholders – In the external stakeholder, customer, supplier, government
stakeholder, creditors, shareholders are included.
Internal stakeholders – In the internal stakeholder, manager, director, employee, the
owner is included.
RASCI matrix is defined as Responsible, Accountable, Supportive, Consulted, Informed. This
RASCI matrix of stakeholder prioritization provides an explanation of responsibilities in which
each task plays with activity in a relationship that is required to be accomplished the decision and
performed.
Responsible: It is used to do the work for achieving the task in this a person performs an activity
or task and responsible for the implementation of action also. An accountable person is used to
define a responsibility degree in which this responsibility of degree can be delegated and shared.
Accountable: It has an authority to disapprove or approve the result in this a person has ultimate
authority and accountability. This accountability cannot be deputized or delegated.
Supportive: In this, a person should be played a supportive role in implementing and providing
resources.
Consulted: In this, possesses required input with the task in this a person refers to two-way
communication. Before an action or final decision is taken, a person that requires to be
consulted.
Informed: In this process, requirements to be informed of the outcome in this, after an action or
decision is taken, a person that requires to be informed.
