INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this study is to determine the factors and state outside of the business which
directly and indirectly impacts. The factors which business depends upon aren’t standstill and
the most important factor is the environment that plays a crucial role in influencing a business.
A suitable organization helps in coordination, making proper use of human resource and clear
communication. This report also helps in understanding how the strengths, weakness,
opportunity and threats are concerned with decision making. Analysing the organization helps
in understanding the size, scope and structure. In addition to it, the element of a different
environment has been analysed with the help of SWOT and PESTLE analysis tools (Cadle et al.,
2014).

The variation between the different types of an organization has powerful consequences for
the legal status of the company, specifically with regards to ownership. The three major types
of organizations are private (profit) organization, public organization and voluntary (non-profit)
organization.
Private Organization: The point of convergence of this organization is maximizing profits for
own self. Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited was formerly known as Ritter Public Limited Company
is a private organization in the UK, which provides commercial airline services and other
hospitality services (Gompers et al., 2015). Furthermore, since this organization makes a profit
for their own, the government impose massive taxes on them.
Public Organization: It is a form of organisation which is possessed and traded publically with a
minimum of 7 members. It restricts the transferability of shares but the company can invite the

Voluntary Organization: Voluntary organizations seek to supply society’s needs. It intends to
serve a community or public and is dedicated to being present for a social cause. This form of
organization is trusts, public hospitals, club etc. The source of income is through donations
mainly. Voluntary organizations are exempted from paying sales tax and property taxes but
they pay employee taxes just like any other private organization (Webb, 2019). The National
Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is an independent charity organization in
the UK. An organization that works to preserve and protect historic places and spaces—for
everyone is known as National Trust.
