Family or personal life – Family is most important in the success or failure of a person.
If in the family ,there are people who are fighting daily then that person will have more
stress and then he will not be able to work efficiently and effectively. And suppose if an
employees is very poor and he requires more money then he will do work effectively. So
family problems affects the individual life but an employee should not bring his personal
