British multinational retailer headquartered in Welwyn Garden City, UK. This case study report
will cover main functions of business operations along with a brief description of Tesco. In
addition to that, it will cover an evaluation of company's operations management decision. At
last, it will cover key elements of business such as supply chain, production, logistics, quality
control, HR and location strategies.
