We have chosen deductive approach because this
helps to understand about topic in better and in-
depth manner. Descriptive research design is used
which is more or less help us to analyses changes
which are important and significant to collaborate
with changes. Data is collected with secondary
sources because it is not easy to collect statistical
data from primary sources. Qualitative and
quantitative research method are used which are
important and significant for knowing actual data
about performance of Tesco. Business
performance can be understood with it and then
actions can be taken to overcome it.
Gantt Chart shown shows different activities
which are important and crucial for performing
operations in different activities such as strategic
business plan, improvement in sales volumes,
expansion strategies, and at last closure phase, etc.
are part of business development plan. These
activity requires time of around 13 weeks which is
sufficient for analysing external factors which are
crucial and relevant for attaining goals and
objectives of project.
I will describe these concepts to reader with the
help of proper description about basic information
of research method and methodologies such as
descriptive approach, deductive approach for
collection of data. There are some changes which
are relevant and required to provide information
in respect to topic. As this project is done to
develop business plan for improving performance
of business, so primary data source is time and

cost consuming and might be possible that there
are variation in data collected. So this might
create confusion. I have used secondary data to
collect information from official website, relevant
books, journals, etc. I provide information about
Gantt Chart through related to starting date and
completion date of project.
To communicate with prospective employer
regarding importance of this topic and methods
which are used by me, I will provide information
related to different approaches used. It is easy to
collected information regarding changes taking
place in society. To make policies in complete to
external market, it is relevant to understand
performance which can be understood with
secondary sources such as website, journals,
books, etc.

I have used different sources such as official
website of Tesco, books, business magazines, etc.
to collect information. I had used many
government websites which enhance my
knowledge about working style of Tesco. There
are many product and services offered by Tesco, I
collected information from official website of
Bengaluru's regional office of Tesco. Annual
report of Tesco helps me to understand difference
in revenues sales, new product, marketing
strategies, etc.
Apart from this there are some others online links
also which provides information about working
style and changes to be adopted in business
operations. With annual report of Tesco we are
able to understand, that these changes are crucial

big organization, so it is easy to analyse other
similar organization and compere them. These
days competition happens I retail sector, so as per
change in external market alteration in working
style of Tesco can be understood with notification
on official sites. Hence I feel that this source is
more appropriate and relevant. With latest
magazines, I am able to know about other's firm
performance also, so it is easy to compare them.

information which changes my personality and I
am able to deal at professional level. There is use
of different aspects which are relevant and
significant to deal with changes and take actions
according to external environment. I am bale to
learn motivational, leadership, adaptability,
presentation skills which assist me in representing
myself at corporate level.
With the help of research I am able to understand
research and its methodologies which is relevant
and crucial for future activities. It is relevant and
important because this helps to perform research
in future and able to enhance knowledge of
learner related to research. I understand different
aspects of research such data data interpretation,
collection of data, data sampling, etc.
With applying my knowledge in pursuing research
I am able to lead team and provide appropriate

It is concluded that organization has to make
alterations in their working style, so they can
make good brand image in India. Indian economy
is developing and hence there are many growth
prospects for Tesco. I compare data of various
corporate associations, so with it I concluded that

data. But this research is done to analyse

Apart from this I faced many issues while
conducting this research such as conflicts among
team mates, lack of guidance, improper planning,
miscommunication, miss-conceptional problem,
etc. which affects researcher project in negative
manner. There is difference in working style of
team mates, so many times, I faced duplication of
research activities which proves to be wastage of
time as well as cost.

Research is not one night process, there are many
activities which are part of it and then actions are
taken to deal with them. There is difference in
working style of association as per change in
external environment, so with this I had laernt
that person must be consistent and ready to learn
new technology. I Had learnt to take decisions
frequently according to change in external factors.
Am able to make subordinates work according to
requirement with alterations in related factors.
I am able to guide personnel with the help of
different motivational factors this helps to
accomplish research aims and objectives within
specific time.
I have learnt about research methodologies which
assist me in my future growth career. There are
some changes which has to be done hence I have

learnt to be consistent in market. Hence I have

I have completed my MBA, from there I have
learnt many things such as decision making skills,
leadership, guidance to personnel, etc. which
helps me to perform research is appropriate
manner. Reason behind research is to develop
business plan for improving performance of
business. As there are many changes taking place
in external environment, so it is responsibility of
managers to analyse them and alter business
operations.
I have learnt in my MBA to be adaptable to
external changes this helps me to part of
concurrent environment and maintain continuity
in industry. My objective behind pursuing MBA
is to learn theoretical a well as practical
information such as presentation skills,
communication skills, etc. which helps to interact
at corporate level.
With research I am able to polish my knowledge
related to research method, techniques, etc. which
are relevant for my future growth. I am able to
understand role of research methodologies and its
impact in performing research.

From the above research it is clear that in order to
maintain long term sustainability in industry, it is
important to accept changes which are taking
place in external environment. Managers of Tesco
must use different approaches such as Six Sigma
through which managers can perform operations
in effective and relevant manner. There some
recommendations for employer such-
 There must be importance to employees
because they are the crucial and relevant
part of organization.
 Managers of association must be flexible
with working style, innovations must be
emphasis, so possibilities of growth and
development are more.
 For instance: training program is
conducted by managers, then it must be
discussed with employees. If managers
plan off the job training and employees
want on the job training, then this affects
ts working style of association. If training
is conducted with the help of employee's
desire then it is easy to increase their
productivity.
With this research, I am able to enhance my
knowledge related to research and related terms. I
am able to conduct research in near future
because I have good knowledge related t it. I can
explain ideas to different concepts related to
research to learner and make them learn about
these techniques. I have good knowledge related
to research method and methodologies, approach,

For instance: in future organization asked to
