merchandise in the world. It was founded in 1919 by Jack Cohen at Hackney,
London, UK and headquartered at Welwyn Garden City, England. They have around
6,600 stores in different part of the world and have about 460,000 employees
working with them (Amelec, 2015). The vision of organisation is to make innovative
changes in their functioning and also want to grow their business, which will provide
lots of opportunities for their employees to grow and develop themselves.
