Theme 1: Awareness about globalization
Interpretation: Based on research and interpretation process followed by selected retail firm in
order to identify the impact of globalization on the execution of business operations, this can be
said that out of 20 employees of selected firm, selected as the respondent for the research
process. From this data analysis, it is been found that out of these 20 respondents, 15 employees
were aware about the impact of globalization measures that are been carried within organization.
On the other hand, 5 respondent said that they are not quite aware about the globalization
measures that are been carried out within the selected organization. Thus, on the basis of this
interpretation, it can be said that the work force within the selected organization is well aware
about the globalization measures carried within the firm. It will assist in improving the quality of
products and measures which are been taken in the consideration by the firm. Besides this, it will
support a good rise and meeting of the business operations in much suitable way by adopting
