With the help of evolution of time, it has been analysed that Tesco has a managed its operations in such
an effective way which assist each individual to manage the same into own career opportunities. It has
been analysed that each year, Tesco is adding new business opportunities into the business which in turn
help to learn time management skills. Like, an individual need to ascertain how company implement the
new opportunities into its workplace. Similarly, to attain the goal, it is essential for the individual to

In the same way, an individual need to determine the changing trend and apply the same into its working
area so that career opportunity can be met. For example, my career opportunity is to owing a business and
that is why, the growth of Tesco will be more beneficial for me to implement the steps accordingly. Like
invest with small parts that assist to meet the customer need will be more beneficial for the business and
the same will be applied by me. During the time of Covid-19, company start implementing the strategy to
put purchasing limitation upon customers entails that there is a need to make effective decision at the
time of adverse environment. This in turn help to show the passion towards a goal. Moreover, with a
tenure of 100 years, company establish a brand image by analysing the need and start offering the same
into new market. The same has applied by me which contribute towards my career opportunities like with
changing environment, there is a need to add new products into the company so that customer can be
easily attracted and meet the goals as well. It has been analysed that owner of Tesco possess many skills
which help to take a business at further level of success. Similarly, improving the current skills as per the
market need will be more beneficial and meet the career opportunities as well. Therefore, it can be stated
that with the help of leading stages of Tesco success, individual should learn how a small step is a key of
success. The same has been also applied by an individual to meet the selected aim and generate a better
outcome as well like by analysing new market and then adopt new skills accordingly so that aim can be
attained.
