In any organization, the managers have to look out and consider the problems faced by its
employees. There are various complex problems faces by the employees on the daily basis while
doing their work which badly affects their mind and demotivate them. So, in this context the
report will discuss the different complex problems that the company faces in the workplace and
also cover its cause and effect analysis. The report will further analyse the SWOT or PESTLE of
the Tesco company. The report will state the various alternatives solutions available to solve the
complex workplace issues and also cover the most appropriate and best alternative for the Tesco
to adopt in order to solve communication issue. The report also cover the plan to implementation

friend relations, workplace.
When: This issue arises when there is lack of motivation among the employees and also
when there is cultural and attitude difference. This problem also arise when two or more
overshare their thoughts on a particular topic.
