aspects. Tesco is the organization that has been selected for this purpose. In the following report
need of employees for the organization, training and development required for achieving
organizational objectives are explained. For better understanding, Tesco is the organization that
has been selected for this purpose. The need for training and development in the organization is
also elaborated in the following report.

of Tesco. The firm deals in the public sector and is a leading groceries retailer in the UK. The
company is big and operates in more than seven countries across Asia and Europe. Tesco has
recorded revenue of 63,911 million in the year 2019. In terms of revenue, Tesco is the third-
largest retailer in the world. Tesco has chains of groceries stores across the world. The mission of
the company is to have groceries stores providing services to the customers and their vision is to
provide services and groceries products in the company in reasonable rates. The competition in
the market is very significant in this market, thus it is very essential for the company to work in
such a way that they can lead in the competition (Brodie, et. al., 2013).
