employees interest so that they perform their best and get positive results in appropriate way. The
main function of this group is to protect better environment which helps in improving overall
performance of the firm. The main function of using collective bargaining is to defining better as
well as positive relation with employees which directly contribute in resolving all the dispute
within the organization. In this there are some effective role of negotiation which is develop by
the company for better collective bargaining which are as follows: Negotiation contribute in achieving the effective solution: Negotiation is one of the
