Corporate communication is activity which is
generated by company, institute, body for its
public in order to achieve their planned
objectives. Cooperate communication are of two
types which is used by mentioned company i.e.
internal and external.
Types of communication
Corporate communication is activity which are
used by small or large companies, administration,
institute, body for its public in order to achieve
their planned objectives.
Responsibilities
Following are some responsibilities regarding packaging of goods
which have to be considered by manager in order to make sturdy
relation with all.
Monitoring responses from audience and markets.
Managing issues and responding to crisis situation.
They have to coordinate with international business
firms.
Formulate and execute effective procedure in order to
facilitate decision making for concerning communication.
Internal includes employee’s stakeholders i.e.
shares and stockholders. External includes
agencies, media, general public, educational
institutes and many more. Cited company will
attain their objectives if there they are using
proper communication strategies. In internal
communication upward, downward and
horizontal which can be used by manager. Along
with this they have to satisfy their employees
because they are also a part of company who are
making contribution for their success.
It is responsibility of manager to manage
communication between employees as well as
customers so that they can deal with management
functions.
Conclusion

should be provided them. The

according to needs which will help
