ï‚· There are no. of variables that should be analyse by the researcher before selection of
project (Silverman, 2016). There are three types of variable which are
dependent ,extraneous and independent variables.
ï‚· All variables should be measured by the scale which are nominal scale ,interval

the possible barriers or challenges that have to face by the researcher and with the help of this
researcher can get easily solution of the problems. There are many no. of techniques that is used
for collecting the information like primary research ,secondary researcher ,qualitative or
quantitative research. Through the research which data is collected that should be properly
analysed or managed so that it can help in achieving the desired result.
In the research ,researcher has no right to deceive someone even for his personal reason.
Data analysis means to analyse the data and find out the types of statistics that is used in it. Key
reference provides the researcher that research should be done in ethical manner or with code of
practise. There should be no harm to any one in the society. While conducting the
research ,researcher should take consent or permission from the individual who will give the

overall strategies and it's duration that defines the time in which research will be completed and
achieve it's desired result. Researcher should have a long term goals or objective with target
dates in which research will be completed. Researcher should evaluate and monitor the progress
of the research time to time and evaluate that research are doing according to the strategy or no .
If not then should take corrective action for accomplish the result and he should ensure that it
should be completed on time (Neuman and Robson, 2012). Once the research is completed then
it is presented in front of public or the member of the company. It is done for taking the feedback
from them and to know what people are thinking about the research and what the impact of it to
them. Feedback is helpful to know the deficiency in the research project and if there is any

requirement of changes then it can be modified easily and also helps to know research is meet
the expectation of the people or not or it accomplished the desired result or not.
TASK 2
2.1 Match resources efficiently to the research questions or hypothesis
Matching the resources efficiently to the research or hypothesis is vital for accomplishing
the desired result. It provides a proof that research is conducted according the standards and in
ethical manner. Researcher should comply all ethical standards so that he can conduct research
without facing any barrier (Fischer and Onyango, 2012). Researcher should follow all rules and
regulation and should used material or resources of the owner without deceiving him. Researcher
should conduct the research in that manner that is not harmful to anyone of the societies and be
able to identify the problems that can be occurred in the process of research.
Researcher should know about his legal roles and responsibility that will be followed
while conducting the research and should maintain his promise and conditions that are written in
the research. He should be aware about the consequences of the study that affect the people of

of the people and interested parties and can complete the task within the specific periods of time.
Finishing task or research on time helps the researcher to provide an accurate and adequate
meaning of the research that will helpful in measuring the validity and reliability of the findings
(Gentry and et.al., 2013).Measuring the reliability or validity is helpful in providing the accurate
answers or solution. Reliability concerned with the accuracy ,consistency and stability of result.
In this, Pilot testing is useful to identify that instruments that are helpful in giving the answer of
