The skills of employees reflect the overall personality, behaviour, attitude, qualities and
attribute which is promoted through an individual so, in which long term advantage is earned
with better outcome and performance of the employee along with the perfection in a certain
period of time. For acquiring skills, and abilities employee have to work over all perspective and
the strength play major role for acquiring something. It gives the higher heights in term of
success and building the personality or empire. It also help to make personal and professionalism
in which productive amount of changes is addressed. I have also on my communication skills,
which is mandatory for me because to become more aware about particular development as on
repetitive basis.
Kolb's learning style
This learning established in 1984 through David kolb and it involves four stages which is
prepared on regular basis and under this productive value of improvement is addressed towards
the cognitive changes by which internal advancement is addressed with in ethical manner. This
thing also use to build profitability and also ending under productive value of changes is
