INTRODUCTION
My Project is based on establish on E commerce platform for Tesco in order to expand
market at large level. Through online site connect with more customers in order to increase
customer base as well as profitability at E Commerce platform. E – commerce is a technique
which is mainly utilised by the organisation to marketing their products & services in
digitalisation way (Burtscher and Manser, 2012). It is a reflective report in which evaluate
project to analysis role of each member, take effective decision, frequency of meeting. Along
with evaluate self experience in this project and identify areas of improvement. Moreover,
analysis strength of team, areas of improvement and performance of each member.
MAIN BODY
Project Evaluation
This project has been categorised into four members that provide by my Tutor. In this
team I play role of finance and resource manager who can manager funds and resources from
different sources. I was responsible to operating all financial activities in regard of project. To
complete this project require different types of resources that can arrange by me and analysis
various sources to that can fit as per the budget. For the development of Tesco's website require
fund that can arrange from different sources accordingly prepare budget. As a resource and
finance manager developed a strong strategy that supports to all team members in implement
project task effectively. I was taken all financial decision to control activities and arrange funds
and resources from various sources on time.
I was taken decision in regard of project in order to properly allocate resources in
different department. I was taken decision for role fluctuation of members who related this
project because every person have different types of skills which was required for this business.
Many times I was taken meeting in frequency manner where discussed about project procedure
and how many chances increase of success. My decision impact in positive manner because I can
allocate resources with proper planning and control activities at each stage. As a result all the
team members use resources in proper manner and utilise fund effectively (Cornthwaite,
Edwards and Siassakos, 2013). Thus, increased chances of less of wastages of sources and try
complete project in less fund that arrange by me.

Self Evaluation
My role in project team as finance and resource manager and I tried to contribute my all
efforts to complete this task in particular period of time. There were getting various
responsibilities in which manage finance position, utilise resources and implement effective
strategy for the project. My experience was good as a role of finance & resource manager. As a
this role I was understanding how to work in a team and handle all financial activities in proper
manner. Along with it provides me chance to become good manager and take right decision in
complex situation (Huitt, Killins and Brooks, 2015). My strength & weaknesses are defined
below: Market analytical skills: Effectively collect all relatable information from market and
analysis them in regard of business that supports them to take effective decision. On the
basis of this strength I can resolve problems of a business and improve upon its overall
productivity and get success. This skill consider as technical skill but I can utilise it every
day work that helps me take right decisions. Ability to handle stress: I can easily handle stress in regard of financial activities and take
right decision in complex situation that helps me to present effectively in front of other
people. Effective future predication: I have ability to analysis ,market trends and predict changes
that impact on financial activities. My future predication is strong and mostly time it was
right that useful for my company and get success in my field.
Preparing effective budget: It is one of the greatest strength that I can prepare budget in
every type of fund that helps me get success in project and handle activities as per the
situation. It supports me get effective results in positive manner.
Weaknesses: I have some weaknesses that impact on my performance in negative
manner such as: Poor Communication skills: As finance and resource manager require strong
communication skills which is utilised to present all the facts in front of management.
But my poor skills hesitate me to communicate with top directors and face many
problems (Kalisch, Xie and Ronis, 2013).

played effective role where Naznin Sultana was working as a leader who can guide us in regard
of project and take all critical decision for implementation of effective strategies, Basir Ahmed
was working as a web designer in the group who had responsibility to set up all relevant
information which is required for e-commerce site. Shakil Haider was working as supervisor to
organize all activities of project as well as keep track on the performance of organization. Every
person take their role according to their skills and interest and perform effectively to completed
task to take right decision on time and get success.
There are identified strength of the team like good coordination and effective time
management. Every person take their responsibility seriously and play their role effectively to
complete task on time and meet the requirements. To take decision in complex situation conduct
meeting and interact with each other and discuss about the topic. My team supervisor guide us
