On the basis of above discussion it can be concluded that EFQM Business Excellence
model is an effective approach which can be utilised by organisation to identify gap and employ
effective strategies. In this report this model was applied on Tesco with two of its criterion
Partnerships & Resources and processes, products & services. Its application identified and
