and handled in an effective manner. The human resources are considered to be the asset of the
firm as they are contributing their level best in achieving the company’s goals and objectives.
One of the challenging aspects which are been faced by the company in the present time is the
employee's satisfaction. It is very important for the employees in an organisation to be having a
satisfying working culture which will help them in meeting their own needs and requirements.
The need to understand and manage the employee’s requirements is high so that they can be able
to perform well in an effective and productive manner (Jain and Kaur, 2014).
The satisfaction of the employee’s in an organisation is very important to be obtained so that the
performance of the workforce can be improved appropriately. The level of performance of the
employees in the company has to be very high and supportive so that the growth and success in
the competitive world can be able to get obtained in the needed manner. It is very important to
know and understand that the level of satisfaction is having a direct impact on the performance
of the company (Singh and Jain, 2013).
In this research study, the Tesco Plc. being the well renowned and largest retailing company will
be selected. The impact of the employee’s dissatisfaction over the productivity of the company
will be the major focus that will be done in this research study. This report will be focusing on
the strategies and research methods which will be used in the entire project. The proposal is
going to be presented here in this study.

employees get dissatisfied by the company’s working scenario.

impact on the productivity of the company and its employees. The employees as plays a vital
part in an organisation, it is very important that they have to be highly motivated and satisfied
with the roles and platform that is been availed to them. The dissatisfaction is leading to poor
performance of the employees which is affecting the overall productivity of the firm. The impact
which is falling on business productivity is negative and is adversely affecting the employee’s
moral to perform in the required manner.
As per Shahzadi, et. al. (2014), the employees become very de-motivated and they do not feel to
put their level best in the working and tasks that is been assigned to them. The productivity of the
