INTRODUCTION
The business research is considered as an era which used by individual to get information
regarding particular topic and attain the outcomes. This is essential for researcher to realise what
is occurrence around and how to resolve business issues. It has seen that many businesses are
facing the problems in operation where it needs to introduce different types of planning as well
as strategies which are followed to increase the business performance. Employee turnover
explained as measurement of the number of employees who leave the organization during a
specified period (McCracken, Currie, and Harrison, 2016). It has seen that each organization
should be focus over needs and wants of employees then offer the kind of services which can
help to retain for long period. Employee turnover is a major business problem for business
organization as it affect productivity as well as profitability. To understand about increasing
employee turnover TESCO has been selected that is larger size retailer in UK, offering different
types of products and services to their customers. The proposal explaining aims and objectives,
research questions, methods, and literature review.

environment analysis and state how an organization could retain employees at the workplace by
reducing business problem.
