interaction with employees. This assists to increase the overall performance of employees
and feel satisfied within a business.
 In order to retain the employees , it is also recommended to Tesco to involve employees
towards a decision making process. This in turn assists them to feel employee motivated
and retain employees which in turn assist to increase productivity. With the help of this
method, company is able to attain their defined aim with support from employees. That is
why, to maintain the employee turnover, it is necessary for the company to increase their
performance and grow at further level of success.
 In order to solve the problem of employee retention, company should analyze the reason
of employee turnover rate within company. It is one of the major factors that affect the
company operation and retention of employee is hard to companies. The working culture
and environment of company need to be more positive and healthy that enable company
to retain employee. Thus, due to their positivity and healthy working culture employee
will remain satisfy with work and assist senior management to provide effective support
as well.
