In context of business environment it is identified that there are various factors which
are directly related to performance of the organisation as well as its productivity. It is
mandatory for every organisation to identify and evaluate different kind of factors which
impact on the productivity and will lead to help the organisation in improving its practices
and functions (Astuti and Istiyono, 2020). In context of this there are various factors which
have to be considered by the organisation which include personal environment as well as
behaviour factor that can be impact on organisational performance. The current report is
based on case study of Tesco. It is a global organisation which is performing its function at
global level under the retail chain. Is a British multinational company which was founded by
jack Cohen in 1919. The current report will consider in the personnel environment and
behaviour factor from bandura's social cognitive theory.
MAIN BODY
It is analysed from the case study that there are different kind of factors which are
related to influence on the performance of business and will impact on the capacity of
organisation to attract the customer and achieve its desired goals within the market where it is
trading. It is identified from the case study of Tesco that organisation is performing its
function at global level where there are different aspects and elements that will influence the
productivity of business (Boateng, 2016). It is also assisted that in order to enhancing the
overall performance of business and achieving the desired goals organisation is performing
its function in a proper set of frame. In context of the current business environment the major
factors which influence on the performance of organisation are the personal environmental
and behavioural systems. It is also identified that they have direct influence on the
performance of the company which will impact on its decision making abilities. This makes it
essential for organisation to perform its function in an appropriate way and achieve the
objectives according to the current requirements of business environment. This is also
identified that in order to make the corrective decisions as well as performing the
organisational function in a beneficial way organisation require an appropriate system to
grow its business within the environment and behaviour factors.

Bandura social cognitive theory was developed by Albert bandura in 1977. This
theory is related to the concept of behaviourist learning theory and will use under the function
of classical conditioning as well as operant conditioning theory is. In context to this theory it
was a theory which is based on behavioural approach where it at two important ideas in
relation to mediating process which occur between the stimulus and response (Bratton,,

from being able to rule out alternative explanations for the overall pattern of results and so we
conclude by suggesting that any further tests of social-norm approaches to encouraging
healthier eating must now involve larger-scale testing at multiple sites using a randomised
controlled design (Thomas, Liu & Higgs, 2016).
