Section Five: Research approach and methodologies
What type of research approach and methodologies are you likely to use and why? What
your areas of research will cover:
Research strategy: It is a strategy required to conduct any project, with use of quantitative and
qualitative measurement or consideration. This is a set of tactics which is used to conduct any
defined project within given sources of time. In the research project, qualitative research will be
used by use of graphs and diagram to ascertain right information or data. With qualitative
research, emphasis will mainly given to use of quality rather than quantity.
Research sampling: This means set of respondent that will be used from which information and
data will be calculates to gather positive results or outcomes. Here, simple random sampling is
useful to gather supportive response from the people, who are useful with viable and reasonable
information. Employees of the TESCO will be respondents in this research.
Primary and secondary data collection: These two are different types of data collection.
Primary research is a type of research, where information or data is used to be collected with
taking survey and interview from prospective candidates, on other hand, secondary collection,
where data is collected with use of books, Journals, newspaper, magazine etc. Both technique

will be used to gather suitable information.
Research ethics: This is one of the consideration, which is put down in sources to plan for
