This research is mainly conducted to know the beneficial elements of globalization that
can be helpful in enhancing the growth and success of Tesco in the global business
environment (Reader, 2017). For understanding the advantages and concept of
globalization this report will be selecting Tesco that is a multinational retailer
organization of UK. The main aim of this research is to analyse the positive impact of
globalization that is helpful for the success of Tesco. The organization wants to increase
its revenue and profit by maintaining its effective position in the global market. Apart
from this, Tesco is gaining different competitive advantages from the market by making
effective plans and strategies (Najam et al., 2016).
For this research, the mixed method will be adopted by the research which involves the
secondary and primary research approach (Shahbaz et al., 2017). The secondary
research approach is helpful in gaining deep information and knowledge about the

one of the most successful names in the global market that is leading to their services
and products. Globalization is a concept that allows top trade freely across the national
boundaries that is helpful for the company to earn more profit from the business. The
concept of globalization has changed the pattern of business and enhanced the benefits
for the companies to maintain their brand image.
Globalization is generally used for trading the services and products internationally. It
has been observed that the production, financial situations, and competition level in the
