internationally (Ariely, 2018). Acquiring knowledge and information about globalization will
help in providing guidance to make improvement in all the necessary factors. Even it will help in
modifying the present strategies of the company as per the needs. The information and
knowledge will assist TESCO while expanding their business worldwide and it will also help to

factors of globalization. Thus, the company could develop and also can increase their brand

The biggest concern because of globalization is on the job security as the employment is done
giving minimum wages. Even job opportunities have decreased due to the presence of more
skilled people. The employers even take advantage of cheap labour (Foxall, 2015). The
employers are intending in finding skilled people with minimum wages and also below the
industry standard. Another impact is on the product pricing as the international market is full of
low wages labour and also raw materials which are cheap. Due to the competition quality
products needs to be given in lower pricing which is also a negative impact on the business
operations.
