research aims and objectives effectively and to meet all the important part of the study (Ciccarelli,
2019). Its purpose is to determine the outcomes of the project and factors which required to
complete the project. for the present report such factors are as follows-
Cost: this is the part which clearly define management of the cost in order to complete a

that aims and objectives will easily get reached.
Quality: for managing a successful project, it is necessary that project produces a
deliverable which means that there is always a quality standard in order to conduct efficient
research study (McCusker and Gunaydin, 2015). Through this factor researcher needs to analyse on
three factors that is standard of the quality, assurance of quality and control of quality. for the
present report, scholar will ensure that all the tasks, processes and documentation will get
completed through proper management of quality.

this step scholar will determine type of risk events which are likely to affect the project and further,
evaluation will get developed on the probability regarding occurrence of risks. For the present paper
analysed risk is of theft, loss of data, data security, loss of paper work etc.

Resources: it is one of the most critical step under which scholar needs to analyse the type
of resources which required in conducting efficient research study (Silverman, 2016). for the
present report required resources are fuel for vehicles, stationary, mobile, laptop and one assistant.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research methodology is the specific and systematic study that starts with defining a
problem, then creating a hypothesis of that problem and then collecting the data obtained from the
hypothesis and analysing it and then get to the results with conclusions and deductions. A good
research must be systematic and detailed type with specific objectives (Berger, 2019). This report
conducted a research on assessing impact of selection, recruitment and training process in
multinational corporations on gaining competitive advantage in international market.
Research type – There are two types of research types which can be qualitative and quantitative.
The Qualitative data are descriptive in nature and includes surveys interviews, and group
discussions that drills the data and analyse them. This data are used to develop hypothesis and used
to evaluate different trends and opinions (Barman and Das, 2018). Under this small size of sample
is selected for better outcomes. The other research type is quantitative in nature which solves the
problem n develop hypothesis bases on numerical data. It helps in evaluate and analyse attitudes,

opinions etc. in numerical form and generally take large sample size.
The research has taken Qualitative data as the base of research and interviews and survey of
20 members of Tesco as to get the detailed information based-on individual perception.
Research approach – The steps based on assumptions with collection of data, their analysis and
interpretation (Research approach, 2019). The approach of research is based on the problem to be
solved or addressed. There are two types of research approach which can be implemented to solve
the problem which are inductive approach and deductive approach and which approach to be used is
based on the purpose of study to be carried out.
Inductive research is based on creating a new theory from the given data. It involves reasoning and
explanation. This theory consider the old research with whole different perspective, points and finds
out the reason for the following problem. Inductive research take qualitative data as their base of
study. The other research approach that is deductive approach deals in creating new hypothesis and
based on momentary issues. This approaches take quantitative data as their base to solve the
problems.
The research has used inductive approach as the employees of Tesco filled the
questionnaires individually on major issues and process of the company and new hypothesis was
formed on that basis to find out the impact of HR processes in the company.
Research philosophy – It deals with development of knowledge, nature and sources of
data. It simply describes the researcher how data needs to be collected, interpreted and used. The
philosophies are pragmatism that deals with both qualitative and quantitative data, positivism which
deals with quantitative data and are highly structured, interpretivism which deals with small
samples and qualitative data and at last realism which deals with subject that really fits the problem
(Mutuku, 2018).
This research has used interpretivism philosophy because the size of sample is small and
includes 20 employees of Tesco.
Data collection – The method that is used to collect data for the study is known as data
collection. It can be collected by two ways either primary which means data which will be obtained
by interviewing people and are not obtained yet, or secondary which means information that is
already obtained by other researchers and which are used by other researchers as a source of
information.
This research has uses both the data primary as well as secondary. It used primary data a
new information created by finding out results from interviewing employee and by conducting
survey whereas secondary data are used too from newspapers, journals and articles.
Document Page
Data analysis – the process of collecting data, transforming it and then turn it into a model
that can solve the issue with available information (Kerzner, 2018). There are various data
techniques used-in deriving conclusions on the need of the data.
This research uses thematic analysis as the data were divided according to the themes and then the
hypothesis were formed and results were obtained.
Ethical consideration – The values that need to be taken care of while preparing a report.
This includes validity, reliability, honesty, integrity etc.
This report has used validity and reliability as all the data are reliable and valid as taken
from employees working in the organisation with no bis involved.
DATA ANALYSIS AND FINDINGS
It is a process under which systematically application will get developed in statistical or
logical techniques in order to describe and evaluating data which has been gathered for particular
