development programs to improve their productivity level. It helps in maintain overall standard
of the company and also get best advantage form their employees by attaining higher success.
All these helps in me to improving my work performance because I which I also provide better

results.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned study it has been concluded that, human resource
management helps to manage all over employees of the company so that they can significantly
complete their works and get success in the competitive market place. Thus, there has been
chosen TESCO because it wants to hire new candidates within the organisation. Therefore, here
has been chosen HR manager as a post than has been elaborated major roles and responsibilities
with the company which had performed by that. Therefore, job specialisation, job description,
application form, interview questions, job offers and CV also made prepared for the HR
manager. In order to this, has been demonstrated several type of performance appraisals methods
and clarify the 360 performance appraisal technique has been used by TESCO for analysing and
evaluating performance and quality of their staff members. Along with this, here has been
defined different type of recruitment and selection methods which used by TESCO for hiring
candidates and give some appropriate recommendations to enterprise so that they can enhance
their effectiveness. In the last here has been wrote down an effective reflective essay on own
experience and performance.
