and services to customers through the help of effective team. Skilled and knowledge workers
build effective team which has been hired or selected by HRM. They are encompasses many
activities and functions within company with ultimate role and responsibilities for management
of benefits, staffing and worker relations and training (Gajewska, Piskrzyńska and Rakštys,
2017). The purpose of human resource management is to coordinate all the staff members in
organization to gain company's objectives and goals.

TESCO run their business smoothly and expand it in the world with help of effective
team members who support them in whole process of producing good products and services for
customers. HRM hire each individual and build team which have all the essential skills and
